                                                                    Manslaughter with motor vehicle;
                                                                    Prearranged highway racing;
                                                                    Hit & run resulting in bodily injury or death;
                                                                    Driving with blood alcohol level .08 more;
                                                                    Driving commercial vehicle with blood alcohol level .04 more.
